For the Filling:

- 12 ounces dark bittersweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almonds (for decoration)




Instructions:
- Toast the Almonds: In a dry non-stick skillet, toast 1/4 cup of almonds until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
- Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, combine the graham crackers, digestive cookies, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sliced almonds. Blend until fine crumbs form. Add the butter and blend again for about 20 seconds until the mixture holds together.
