When the weather starts to turn cold, all you’ll want to do is curl up with a good book and a warm, freshly baked pumpkin scone. There’s something so comforting about the cozy flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger wrapped in a tender, buttery scone. If you love those cozy vibes, this recipe is perfect for you! It’s simple to make and pairs wonderfully with a cup of tea, coffee, or even hot chocolate.

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
